HGA’s Resilience Planning and Practice Brochure. HGA recently updated their client services to include resilience, which has been intentionally separated out from the existing sustainable design services. With HGA's marketing team as a strategic partner and collaborative resource to technical staff, we initiated a marketing plan to increase awareness of the service to gain new clients and projects. The brochure is now a baseline for marketing staff to incorporate into project-specific materials. This effort has also expanded awareness of HGA’s resilience services both externally and internally. SMPS Boston Chapter, Sustainability Communications Award, 1st Place. SMPS National, Communications Marking Award, Print Brochure, 1st Place.
